Method
Remove skin from chicken. Place in an ovenproof dish. Mix yoghurt, lemon juice, rind, cornflour, turmeric and parsley together. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour over chicken, turning breasts to coat. Bake at 180 C for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
Variations/Comments Serve with steamed rice or pasta.
