Ingredients
1 sachet EasiYo Ice Cream, Chocolate 1 pkt Chocolate Peppermint Sticks, chopped ¼ cup (60mL) Baileys Liqueur
Method
Fold Peppermint sticks and Baileys Liqueur evenly into the ice cream. Replace lid and refreeze until solid.
