Ingredients

1 sachet EasiYo Ice Cream, Chocolate
1 pkt Chocolate Peppermint Sticks, chopped
¼ cup (60mL) Bailey’s Liqueur

Method

Fold Peppermint sticks and Bailey’s Liqueur evenly into the ice cream. Replace lid and refreeze until solid.

Variations
Serve with Chocolate Peppermint Sticks and cream.
